When oat pad is heated, it is suitable for relaxation, for cold feet or relieving pain. When freezed, it can be used for easing headaches or as first aid for muscle strain.
How to use
Cold: Place the package in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Use preferably a protecting plastic bag.
Hot: Microwave for approx. 2 minutes or place in a oven (100°C, wrap the pad in foil).
