Terms of delivery

Delivery

We will send your products as a postal parcel within 1–3 working days from receiving your order. The delivery cost is EUR 6 within Finland. The delivery cost is automatically added to the total of your order. If the total of your order exceeds EUR 100, your products will be sent free of charge.

Delivery costs for parcels sent outside of Finland within the EU area are EUR 18. Delivery costs for parcels sent outside of the EU area are EUR 35. The delivery cost is automatically added to the total of your order.

We will contact you if our warehouse has run out of any of the products you have ordered.

Payment

The payment options in our online store are online bank payment, credit card, invoice and instalment plan. All payment options are quick, safe and secured.

Returns

In order to obtain your return code, visit https://www.posti.fi/private/returnparcel/index.html and enter your parcel’s item ID in the Helposti code field. You will receive a numbered code. Write this code on your return parcel. Otherwise, please contact our customer service for return instructions. If your order was originally ordered to one of Posti’s parcel lockers and you have saved the code for opening the parcel locker, you can also return your order by using Posti’s parcel lockers. The code for the parcel locker is valid for 14 days after receiving the parcel. After the 14 days have passed, the order must be returned through Posti’s service points.

Right of return

All of our standard products have an extended exchange service of 30 days. You can return products free of charge as a customer return. The returned product must be unused and intact. When returning products, remember to include your contact details (name, address, telephone number) and preferably the reason for return (optional). It is not possible to exchange or return customised products (products with customised embroidery). If the product we have delivered to you is faulty, you can make a fault claim and return the product to Posti as a customer return. In this case, please let us know if you would like a full refund or if you would like us to replace the faulty product by sending you a new one.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorised Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery

If you have registered your telephone number with us, Posti will send you an SMS notification when your parcel is ready to be collected from your local postal office. Otherwise you will receive a paper notification by regular mail once your order is ready to be collected. We will contact you if our warehouse has run out of any of the products you have ordered.

Online bank

Regarding online bank payments, Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorised Payment Institution. From the user’s perspective, the service is similar to making a regular online bank payment.

Collector

Invoice and installment plan service. The payment option can be selected for purchases of no more than EUR 1000. When you select the Collector invoice/instalment plan as your payment option, you will receive the products you have ordered before paying for them. You can pay off the total sum of your order or divide the payments into smaller instalments. The total amount of your invoice falls due on the last day of the month following the month your order was placed in, which means that you can have up to 60 interest-free days before paying for your order. An invoicing fee of EUR 2.95 will be added to your invoice. For payments made with Amex, choose PayPal as the payment option. When choosing the invoice or instalment plan as your payment option, you can only order items to your permanent address and must be over 20 years of age when placing the order. When receiving your invoice, you can choose the 24-month instalment plan by paying the minimum instalment amount that can be found on your invoice. The instalment plan’s monthly interest rate is 1.6%, which corresponds with the nominal annual interest rate of 19.20% When choosing the instalment plan, a monthly account management fee of EUR 2.95 will be charged. A credit check is performed when the order is placed. A reminder fee of EUR 5 and a monthly interest of 1.6% is charged for late payments and unpaid invoices. After a successful payment, the order will be transferred to our dispatch department.

Sales contract

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
